Shipping policy
The Augustine Fellowship, S.L.A.A., Fellowship-Wide Services, Inc. Office is responsible for the prompt retrieval of orders for merchandise sold by the F.W.S. Store.
All orders are pulled daily from the Shopify Order Screen by F.W.S. Staff. All orders are reviewed and given to the Logistics Manager. The Logistics Manager fills each order and a second staff member, when available, verifies the order for quality control. F.W.S. staff will use the bulit-in Shopify Shipping Manager software to prepare a label, choose the best box size, package the order, and place a pick-up call with shipping companies.
Service Level Standards
The Augustine Fellowship staff are responsible for the successful administration of Fellowship-Wide programs and services. It is our service level goal to pick, pack, and ship U.S. orders within 5 business days of receipt and International orders within 10 business days (as international orders often require customs/export/import paperwork).
